The 2005
NASS Catalog will be printed as a 8 1/2 x 11 spiral bound catalog. |

We will
accept catalog ads until midnight on September 9th, 2005. No
advertising will be accepted after this date to insure that all ads will
appear in the printed catalog. All advertisers who include their
web site address, will receive a link on the NASS web site. |
|
|
Advertising for which no payment has been received by midnight September
9th, 2005 will not be included in the catalog. |
|
|
New this
year, you may pay for your advertising by credit card with an on-line
transaction (PREFERRED), or, as always you
may pay by personal check, money order or cashiers check. All payments must be in US dollars. For those with a
high speed internet connection you may complete the advertisement
request form in a .PDF format. For
those with slower dial-up connections please use the Web Request Form.

| Artwork
Submission Requirements: |
- All catalog ads must be submitted in a digital format either via e-mail or by mail on a CD or .zip disk
- Artwork produced from the following programs only will be accepted. Optimized Adobe PDF files (Preferred), QuarkXPress, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop documents.
- Please include all supporting graphics as high resolution (300 DPI) CMYK art in TIFF or EPS format.
- All screen and printer fonts are acceptable (We CANNOT ACCEPT True Type fonts). For Adobe Illustrator, please create outlines instead of fonts.
- Please provide a color printout (for color ads) or a black and white printout along with your form or disk. This is to ensure that your ad is printed correctly.
- If sending your files via e-mail, please compress all files into one either .sit (Macintosh) or .zip (PC) formatted file.
- Be sure that all files either e-mailed or sent on disk, include the advertisers name in the file name. This is to ensure we know who the ad belongs to.
- Keystone-Buckeye Hundesport Klub is not responsible for ads prepared improperly, however, every ad is pre-flighted before being placed and we will make every effort possible to make sure ads run correctly. The advertiser will be notified of incorrectly prepared ads.
