How to Submit a NASS Entry

 
Due to the large volume of entries that we expect for the 2005 North American Sieger Show, we are offering participants the ability to:
 
  • Fill out the entry form from their computer
  • Submit entry information automatically on-line
  • Pay entry fees on-line by credit card or with an existing PayPal account
  • Enter multiple dogs before going to the payment screen
  • Entry forms are available in either Adobe .pdf format or, for those with slower internet connections, a simple web form (The web form will be available shortly)
  • You must have Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader version 5.0 or higher to use the .pdf Entry Form
  • You can obtain a free download of Acrobat Reader 7.0, from the Adobe site   

    

To ensure the timely and accurate processing of all entries we strongly encourage all participants to submit their entries on-line.  Participants who submit their entries on-line and pay their entry fees either by credit card or with a PayPal account, will receive one show catalog at 1/2 price for every entry.
 
All entry fees are payable in US dollars and are NOT REFUNDABLE!.  The following payment methods will be accepted:
  • Online by credit card
  • Online with a PayPal account
  • By mail with either a money order or cashiers check in US funds
  • PLEASE NOTE: Personal checks will NOT be Accepted
INFORMATION
  • There has been a change made to the Entry Deadlines for the 2005 NASS.

    The first entry deadline has been moved from 9/2/05 until 9/8/05. To avoid a late entry fee a COMPLETED entry form AND payment MUST be received by midnight on 9/8/05. Copies of all required documents MUST be received by midnight 9/16/05 for the entry to be accepted.

    For entries received between 9/9/05 and 9/16/05 a late fee of $75 dollars per entry will be charged. Copies of ALL required documents MUST be received by midnight 9/16/05 for the entry to be accepted.

    ABSOLUTELY NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER MIDNIGHT 9/16/05. ANY ENTRIES RECEIVED WITHOUT ALL COPIES OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS WILL BE REJECTED. ALL ENTRY FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
     
  • All copies of required documents must be received by Sept 16, 2005 to complete your entry.  You must then bring the ORIGINAL documents to the show to present at registration.  Click here to see document requirements per class.
  • Foto Urma will be taking pictures of the first 5 dogs in each class.  We would like to publish a "picture" catalog on the web site, after the show, with pictures of as many dogs as possible.  If you would like a picture of your dog to appear in the "picture" catalog, please e-mail a picture of the dog in a "show stance" to nassentries@gsdinfonow.com.  We will accept pictures until 1 week after the show, 10/23/05.
SUBMIT AN ENTRY
  • Open the .pdf entry form, NASS ENTRY FORM.  This may take a few moments if you have a dial-up connection.
  • Complete all Required Fields (indicated by an *) and any additional fields necessary for the Working Dog or Veteran Class on your computer
  • Select the class your dog will be entered in.
  • Be sure to print a copy of the entry form for your records if submitting on-line by clicking on the Print button at the bottom of the form.
  • By making an on-line submission, you are electronically signing the form and are accepting the conditions on the entry form.
  • To submit your information and pay on-line with your credit card or PayPal account click on the "Submit & Pay Online" button at the bottom of the form.  If the payment screen does not appear after you submit your entry, click here to pay on-line.
  • To submit your information and mail you money order or cashiers check, click on the "Submit & Mail" button at the bottom of the form.
  • Please make your money order or cashiers check payable, in US funds, to Keystone-Buckeye Hundesport Klub
  • To mail your entry form and payment, complete the form on your computer and click the "Print" button at the bottom of the page and mail your entry form and payment to:
