Vendors, you can now reserve your vendor space for the 2005 NASS.
At this year's NASS we will be offering a "Vendor's Alley". There
will be 2 rows of vendor booths which will be right across from the main
show rings and right next to the food tents, a prime high traffic
location. |

| New for
this year we will also be offering vendor tables at the host hotel.
We have arranged with the hotel to provide us a room next to the
check-in room where we will have tables and chairs set up for the
vendors. In this vendor's room will also be a small cash bar and
some additional tables and chairs to use as a after show gathering place
for vendors and spectators. |

| At the
show grounds we will be offering two size spaces. You may reserve
either a 10x10 or 10x20 space at the show grounds. See the table
below for prices. Price is for all 3 days of the show, Friday,
Saturday and Sunday. Vendors may begin setting up their booths on
Thursday. See the

All vendors must provide their own tents, tables and chairs for their
booths at the Show Grounds. |

arrangement with a local company to provide tents to our vendors at a
discounted rate. If you need to rent a tent please contact: |

Coastal Displays will provide 10x10 tents
for $50 if you do the set-up or $75 if they come and do the set-up.
If you need a 10x20 tent the cost will be $100. Here is a picture
of what the tent will look like. |

| Table
space at the host hotel is limited. So reserve your space
early................. Requests will be filled on a first come
first served basis. All payments must be received by 10/1/05.
Your booth will not be considered "reserved" until payment is received. |
